Currently, Megan is not in network with any insurance plans but she is working on this process. In the future, Megan plans to bill insurance for any covered services within her scope of practice. You have the right to a 'good faith estimate' of the price of services received. Megan is licensed in Oregon and Washington state which have some differences in how occupational therapists can bill insurance.

Rates:

• ​Perinatal Therapy - Services are billable in Oregon. Services must be paid out of pocket in Washington, no superbills available. $150 for 50 min telehealth session. In person appointments at home or in the community $200 per hour.​​

• Neuro Rehab - Services are billable in OR and WA​. $300 for 90 min evaluation and $200 per hour treatment.

• Patient Advocacy - Services must be paid out of pocket only. Prices range from $50 per hour, $300 per day or a mutually agreed upon payment structure.

• Life Skills Training - Services are billable in OR and WA. $300 for 90 min evaluation and $200 per hour treatment.

If you are uninsured or underinsured I would like to find a way to work together. A limited number of sliding scale services are available. Please inquire via email for details. If we are billing insurance you are responsible for covering any co-pays or services provided that are not covered.
